Bulk Water Station Access Conditions

Bulk water station access may be revoked by the Region at any time
Bulk water station rates are set annually pursuant to Water System By-law #89-2003 and Sewer System By-law #90-2003 (2025 Fees: Billing Rate: $3.72 per 1000 L, and $22.00 Monthly Service Fee for self service accounts)
All damages to the bulk water filling station, including loss or damage to the outlet or any other related equipment shall be charged to the Applicant. The Applicant is responsible for supplying any adapters required at the outlet of the filling station which is equipped with a 3 inch male camlock type fitting
Credit card information is collected and processed on behalf of the Region by Moneris.
The Applicant hereby releases, indemnifies and saves harmless the Region, its elected and appointed officials, employees and agents from and against any liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, damages, expenses, costs, debts, demands or losses suffered or incurred by the Region arising from the Applicant’s use of this station
The Applicant agrees to pay for water supplied and other associated costs and certifies that it has read and understands these conditions
